These terms apply to every SonixaIPTV order. By ordering a plan you accept them.
1. The service
SonixaIPTV provides access to live channel streams and an on-demand library over your own internet connection, plus setup support. We do not supply hardware, internet access or player apps, and channel line-ups can change as sources change.
2. Plans and payment
Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (the 12-month plan includes one bonus month) or for the lifetime of the service. Payment is taken once; nothing renews automatically. “Lifetime” means for as long as the service operates.
3. Connections
One connection allows one stream at a time. You may install your login on several devices, but only the number of connections you paid for may play at once. Sharing a login outside your household is not allowed.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login private and use an internet connection fast enough for the quality you choose.
- Do not resell, rebroadcast or publish your login or any stream.
- Respect the laws that apply where you live regarding what you watch.
5. Refunds
First orders have a 7-day money-back window when we cannot make the service work on your setup. Details are in the refund policy.
6. Suspension
We may suspend a line that is shared, resold or used on more screens than paid for, after a warning where possible.
7. Availability
We work to keep every channel online, but individual channels can drop when a source changes. We repair or replace them as fast as we can and do not guarantee any single channel.
